ONE Tampa Has Topped Out
The 42-story condo has topped out to full height with almost 70% of the 225 residences sold. This high rise will bring new housing to the western edge of downtown. There’s still approximately 1 year left before opening, but this building will be on many locals’ radar for a while.

What The July Market Report Reveals
Hillsborough County: Sales ticked up 1.3% and prices held steady at $430k, so buyers have leverage on listings that sit past the first few weeks as inventory tightens.
Pinellas County: Sales are up 3.7%, prices up 7.8%, and homes moving 19% faster. Buyers need to move quickly on strong listings, though stale ones still leave room to negotiate.
Pasco County: Sales dropped 11.7% and time-to-contract stretched to 43 days, giving buyers more inventory to compare and a stronger negotiating position.
