BAY DEVELOPMENTS

Tampa & Hillsborough Hold The Key To Rays Stadium

REAL ESTATE CORNER

Why is St. Pete So Popular?
It’s known as the sunshine city and for the culture, but residents and transplants love it for way more than that. It has a diverse job market, is super pet friendly, and has the lifestyle mix to fit most people’s needs.
Top cities we see people moving to:
• Historic Old Northeast • Historic Kenwood
• Crescent Heights • Greater Woodlawn
• Historic Uptown • Euclid St Paul's
